Shipping: We ship using the services of UPS or USPS unless you request otherwise. A shipping notification and tracking number will be provided to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped. If no email is provide no notices are given but you can call our customer service department during normal business hours to get the status of your order.

Cancellations: Orders must be cancelled within 24 hour after it was placed. Cancelled orders (over 24 hours) can not be refunded or return.
