Our products are made with as "Close To Nature" natural ingredients and custom "Made Just For You". If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, or you have any questions about a product, ingredients, consultants or any other concerns please contact our Customer Service Department by: E-mail or by phone at 407-748-5788. 9am to 6pm eastern time. We are closed on Weekends and Holidays. Cancellations: Orders MUST be cancelled within 24 hour after it was placed. Orders that have been processed (over 24 hours) can not be canceled. Returns: Due to the nature of our business all items are non refundable. Our goal is to make everyone happy that is why we will gladly send Free Samples with a newly created scent before any products are purchased to be sure the fragrance is to your liking. We also offer free fragrance blending parties through highly trained fragrance consultants ("Noses") so you can have a more hands experience in creating a fragrance that will be "Made Just For You"! Once an order is placed, we will not accept any returns. Exceptions would be on a case by case basis and only a credit will be issued for a replacement or future order. Shipping: We ship using the services of UPS or USPS unless you request otherwise. A shipping notification and tracking number will be provided to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped. Security: Made Just For You is committed to the safety and security of our customers personal information. By using the Website, customers consent to the collection of personal information for the sole purpose of processing orders.
